Erin Walker, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Clinician, RMHCI

Hi! My name is Erin and I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH27374). I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s transitions and helping them find hope, clarity, and confidence along the way.

I work with clients experiencing adjustment to life changes, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, creating a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

In our sessions, I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. For those who desire it, I’m also happy to integrate faith into the counseling process, taking a holistic approach that honors your beliefs and values as part of the healing journey.

My goal is to help you build emotional balance, self-compassion, and resilience—so you can move toward a life that feels purposeful, grounded, and whole.
