Kaughtlane Gless, RCSWI
Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher
Hi, my name is “Kaughtlane” and I am here to help you rediscover your happiness, joy, connection with yourself, and all that’s in your life. I’ve worked with couples, families, individuals, and teenagers, people like you, to rise again and meet their relationships and lives with congruence. My approach isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking beside you as you step into your own power, clarity, and compassion. This isn’t just therapy, it’s a way of life.
As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher with specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and decades supporting people with trauma, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding what transforms us—and how we can use it to create lasting change. I’ve worked with couples and families navigating disconnection, life transitions, affairs, co-parenting and shared custody challenges, sex issues, and divorce. And worked with people facing depression, anxiety, challenging life transitions, stress, work-life balance, grief and loss, disordered eating, addictions, relationship issues, and more.
My clients describe me as a grounded, consistent, and clear mirror in which I reflect their deepest challenges and gifts while helping them to see a way forward in their relationships and lives that they long for.
When you are ready, call, and I will meet you in person or virtually to start your journey.
